Welcome to SeaScapes Bed and Breakfast Accommodation website. We have six deluxe rooms (one triple, one twin share and four queen double size). Each room has its own air-conditioner, Smart TV, *FREE* Wi-Fi and fridge. SeaScapes is located north of Perth City, right next to Mindarie Beach and only a short stroll from the beautiful restaurants and cafes of Mindarie Keys Marina.

For family groups, we offer our unique family suite which comprises a triple room and a queen double room connected by the same ensuite bathroom. We can also cater for larger groups of up to 12 people. A discount applies for groups of 6 or more persons, contact us for details.

Great spot with easy access to beach and shops

Wonderful, comfortable place to stay north of Perth
